ArcIndex Ltd, a Cyprus-based limited liability company, intends to provide Electronic Money services under the Electronic Money Laws of 2012 and 2018 and the Provision and Use of Payment Services and Access to Payment Systems Law that transposed it into Cyprus national law.

The Company endeavors to primarily target the market of Investment Firms, licensed in Cyprus and the EU moreover, at a later stage firms licensed in third countries which adopt KYC/AML processes equivalent to the respective EU framework, and traders.

The company shall provide payment processing services formulated to the needs of the industry within a robust and targeted compliance and risk management framework.
